Delivery & Returns

Dispatch

When goods are in stock we aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days of the order being taken, provided the goods are in stock.
Wide Width Wallpapers will be dispatched within 4 weeks of the order being paid for.
Most of our printed fabrics are dispatched within 6 weeks of the order being paid for, unless otherwise specified.
If there is any variation on these timings, we will call or email you.

Delivery

Royal Mail Post £12.00 + VAT.
Mainland UK Tracked Delivery £17.25 + VAT
All our deliveries are made by courier and need to be signed for.

On Receipt of Goods

Please make sure:

There are no faults
Design and colourway are correct
Quantity is correct

PLEASE NOTE this particularly applies if goods are sent to a third party on your behalf because we cannot accept responsibility once the fabric has been cut.

International

Charges for the rest of Europe and Worldwide are by arrangement with the office, please contact Fiona on office@lewisandwood.co.uk.

Disclaimer

All delivery times are an estimate and we will make every effort to ensure they are fulfilled. However, Lewis & Wood cannot be responsible for damage or loss arising directly or indirectly out of a delay.
If the goods we supply are the wrong ones, the buyer must notify Lewis & Wood in writing within seven working days of delivery.

Returns

SAMPLES

All Large Wide Width Wallpaper samples are non-returnable

WIDE WIDTH WALLPAPERS

All Wide Width Wallpapers are printed to order, so cannot be returned
However, depending on the design and quantity, a return may be possible (with a restocking charge) at the discretion of Lewis & Wood.

Classic Wallpapers

Return of non faulty Classic Wallpapers will incur a restocking charge of 20%
All returned rolls must be unopened

FABRICS

All fabrics are cut to order or printed to order, so cannot be returned.
However, depending on the design and quantity, a return may be possible (with a restocking charge) at the discretion of Lewis & Wood.

After 12 weeks from the invoice date we cannot accept any returns whatsoever.
