A complete reproduction of an 18th century Palampore (Hindi term for bed-cover) from the Coromandel Coast of India. Originally made for a retiring official of the Dutch East India Company, J.C Pielat, and featuring a pun on his name with 'pied' or foot in the coat of arms.
