A complete reproduction of an 18th century Palampore panel from the Coromandel Coast of India - originally made for J.C Pielat, a retiring official in the Dutch East India Company, 'pieds' in the coat of arms is a play on his name.

The word Palampore is from Hindi Persian ‘palang-gosh’ meaning bed-cover.

LARGE  335cm high x 266cm wide
